During my tenure in 2012-2014 as a member of the Committee on Human Spaceflight sponsored by the National Research Council (of the National Academies), I co-authored, with many other talented people, a report on the future of NASA’s plans for human spaceflight. Once we finished our study, we delivered our report to NASA and the U.S. Congress as a guide for future plans. The publication can be downloaded here:
